3-Year Extended Warranty Policy

At LUNA&SKIN, we stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a 3-Year Extended Warranty Policy for the LUNA&SKIN RegenMask™ and RejuveMask™. This extended warranty provides protection for manufacturing defects and damage incurred during normal use of the product.

Warranty Coverage

  • The 3-Year Extended Warranty applies exclusively to customers who purchase the 3-Year Extended Warranty for a one-time fee of £25.
  • This extended warranty adds an additional 3 years of protection on top of the original 1-year warranty, giving you a total of 4 years of coverage.
  • Coverage includes manufacturing defects and damage that occurs during normal use of the product.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Device malfunctions that occur under normal and proper use.
  • Electrical component failures not caused by external damage.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Physical damage such as cracked or broken casing.
  • Damage from unauthorised modifications or repairs.
  • Consumable parts such as gel pads or accessories that wear out through normal use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Contact our customer support team at support@luna.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Provide photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage.
  • Our team will assess your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.

Warranty Terms

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of original purchase.
  • LUNA&SKIN reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty.
